Shipping policy

I.) Processing Time

Order Processing--All orders are processed within 24-48 Hours (excluding weekends and Holidays).
Processing Delays--If we're experiecning a high volume of orders, shipments maybe delayed by a few days. We'll notify you via email or website banner if delays occur.

II.) Shipping Rates & Delivery Time:

We currently only offer Domestic Shipping
Shipping rates and delivery estimates are as follows:
- Standard Shipping--5-8 Business Days
  - Circadia Products--$15.00 Flat Rate
  - Face Reality-- $7.00 ($0.01-$100.00) $14.00 ($100.01-$299.99 $26.00 ($300.00-$699.99)

III.) Shipment Confirmation & Tracking:

Order Confirmtion--You'll recieve an order confirmation email after placing your order.
Tracking Confirmation-- Once your order has shipped, you'll recieve a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking Updates-- You can track your order using the link provided in the email.

Delayed Orders-- If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at houseofskinmd@gmail.com with your order number.
Lost or Stolen Packages-- We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered but reported as missing. Please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Incorrect Address-- Ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are NOT responsible for packges delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

VI.) Shipping Costs & Returns:

Non-Refunable Shipping-- Shipping costs are NON-REFUNDBALE. If you return an item, the original shipping fee will NOT be reimbursed.
Return Shippng-- Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, unless the item is damaged or defective.
